Here are the entry forms (A + B) for Volvo H-boat World Champinshiops 2008 in pdf-format.

Entry Form A for National H-Boat Associations
Entry Form B for teams to give a specific information about the team

National H-Boat Association fills the entry form A and sends it to the organisers
